how are your handbags made?
Each handbag is hand-cut & hand-tailored at anna william's design studio, using quality designer fabric and optional grosgrain ribbon. We use a resilient interfacing throughout the handbag, making it extra durable while retaining its stylish look. Each handbag is carefully inspected upon completion to ensure a perfect product for our customers.

where do you buy your fabrics?
We scour wholesale and retail sources throughout the country to find beautiful, high-quality, unique fabrics that are rich in both color and texture to compliment our handbag designs. The result of this hard work is that our fabric selection is second to none, with over 150 different fabrics for our customers to choose from!

how often do you add new styles and fabrics to your anna william handbag collection?
Since we are constantly designing new handbag styles and are always on the lookout for new fabrics, we change our selections as often as we can to meet the needs of the fashion-minded and compliment the changing seasons. We purchase fabrics in small enough quantities to ensure that our customers have created a one-of-a-kind handbag when they select "their" fabric.

how should I care for my new anna william handbag?
We recommend that each handbag be professionally drycleaned due to the variation of fabric colors and textures that are used to make your one-of-a-kind creation.

what makes anna william different?
Our handbags are conversation pieces, truly unique creations made especially for you. We take pride in our exceptional fabrics, superior workmanship, and unparalleled customer service…we are confident that you will know the anna william difference the moment you lay your eyes on the handbag created especially for you!

when will my bag be completed?
All of our handbags are made to order, taking approximately three to four weeks to complete. Bags will be shipped to you as soon as they are ready!

do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on all orders based on the shipping state sales tax rate.

what are shipping charges and shipping options?
We ship all of our orders via UPS. Shipping is free for all orders over $150!

what is your return and exchange policy?
We have a very flexible return policy! Handbags purchased online are returnable for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase as long as the handbag remains unused with the tags still intact. At your option, we will issue a credit card refund or store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returned handbags and the customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. Of course, if your handbag arrives defective in some way, we will replace it for you at no charge!

Pre-made handbags purchased in our stores are returnable with the same guidelines; however, due to the uniqueness of custom-made handbags, we regret that we can not return custom bags made at the stores or during home handbag parties.
